How do I check the status of my order?
Just as soon as we receive your order and assign your item tracking number, we will send you an email letting you know.
The delay in accessing the tracking information is at least 48 hours.

When it comes to shipping P.O. boxes, some carriers have limitations. If this describes one of your carriers, you owe it to your customers to learn more about their practices and relay that information to them.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund your purchase price in full, minus the cost of shipping the item back to you.
